Quick and easy booking, good time keeping

Can’t fault the guys at the Wednesfield branch, not only are the staff friendly and helpful they are also genuine and honest too, all work carried out is to a high standard and goes above and beyond what you’d expect plus they are competitively priced too. If you need any tyres, services or anything else that they offer, don’t hesitate, book, you’ll not regret it!

went to have a/c unit re-gased but had a few issues after sorting a possible problem, had new pump fitted. after second visit finding out that wasn't the fault, they gave me a refund in full. management team were terrific especially jake. you cant fault the customer service. i would highly recommend

I made an online booking and paid for an air-conditioning re-gas.
I turned up for the appointment only to be told they could not accommodate me as booked, and that they had tried to call me. I discovered later a single missed call days before, no voicemail and no further calls made to me, no emails etc. to inform me what had happened.
Whilst I was able to re-book and the work was completed, the standards of customer service here were totally inadequate and wasted my precious time.
Do better with respect to the attention of detail required to provide high levels of customer service.

The service was top notch, fast and effective. My car is like a brand new now.

Tried to order tyres but not in stock. Called branch was advised better alternative. Rebooked online for appointment. Got there a bit early. Was pleased how efficient the teammate and slot started early. I waited and was done in no time.

Being local to the branch I've been getting car serviced yearly for about 7 years now and happy with all work carried out.

Had MOT and bronze service today. All the staff were friendly and Jake kept me updated with the progress of the service. I sat and waited for the work to be completed and observed how efficient and polite they all were.

Great service, went in to get my air con regassed, i was a little early but they got me in straight away despite being short staffed, I was told a price and that's what i paid, will definitely use this garage again

Booking gold service and MOT online simple even I could do it. Was kept informed of any advisories and all completed on time.

Ordered online a new battery on the 20th June to then be fitted on the 28th June at 9:30am. The battery wasnt there when I got there so had to wait until supplier sent a new one 12.15pm, Wasnt happy about this but have had a call from the store who couldn’t apologise enough and explained what had happened with the battery so have resolved the issue

Excellent service from Shantelle (Manager)and Kaz tyre fitter, I was able to watch tyre repair from the waiting area and could observe a very professional puncture repair.
I am sure most garages would have just put a new tyre on at significantly more cost

The air con regas was performed quickly and professionally and the staff were friendly

We booked at an agreed time and price with a product and that’s what we got! We gave used the service before there and we are always happy with the results
