Team were quick to see to my vehicle for a free check. Was told to bring car back next morning for investigation and issue was resolved by afternoon. Cheers!

Had 4 new tyres fitted - very happy customer
Booked online to have 4 new tyres fitted to my car (to replace 4 mismatched tyres that came with it when I bought it). What an excellent experience all round! From the phone call with the very friendly and helpful Montel to confirm my appointment through to the tyre fitting itself (so sorry, didn't get the tyre fitter's name but he was brilliant). The atmosphere was professional but relaxed and friendly as well and the tyre fitting was done in good time. I was super pleased with the service and highly recommend ProTyre Wednesfield.

Theft and MOT’s
I had booked an MOT and they didn’t recognise the booking and then I felt the garage robbed me.
They put on parts and changed me that I hadn’t been quoted for then refused to explain it.
They were overly ridiculous on the advisories which I’m sure will cost me in the future.
I’ll never use them again.
2 months on and still no word from the ‘promised’ area management.
No surprise to get more untruths from this company, dishonest staff can often be lead by dishonest management.

£700 for a bulb failure/
Have used Chemix Wednesfield(proTyre) over many years, this time an MOT and service ended up costing £1000 due to a position light failure, despite passing mot in two previous occasions! Sadly needless to say won't be useing them agai.

MOT and service repair.
Had MOT and service done, also had to have ball joint replaced for MOT. Second one on same side in 2 years?
The first one lasted 8yrs
Quoted £220 + £100 for ball joint replacement
For some Reason was overcharged still waiting for refund.
