Cannot use again
Excellent service from the engineer, he sorted the issue with care and speed.
Where the system fails, it was a valve with stem replacement. I was charged for the valve, fair enough, but also charged for a puncture repair, this I believe included a balancing, which i did not need as the would have to be replaced in 2 days, it was also a rear tyre.
So tyre removal and replacement, new valve, £45, very very expensive. I personally will never use them again. I think half this price should have been charged. Had I been asked, I would have refused the balancing, and never had a puncture

I'm giving you 4 stars as your team…
I'm giving you 4 stars as your team were great, however your internet system is rubbish. It shows tyres are available when they're not and even when you get your team to check and order them you still send the wrong tyres. Had two tyres done needed three the third tyre you sent was for a Land Rover.
Plus you've stopped doing Forces Discount.

Prompt friendly and efficient service
Having had a puncture on the Motorway (M4), I arrived at the Protyre depot in need of a new type. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and I had my new tyre fitted promptly and was on my way very quickly.

Fantastic service from Westcott Place…
Fantastic service from Westcott Place branch. Went in with a puncture on one tyre and worn tread on the other. Lewis could not have been any more helpful. Managed to move things about to fit me in there and then.
Very well priced. Friendly service and got me out of a pinch.
Would definitely recomend

Excellent service from Westcott Place…
Excellent service from Westcott Place on Thursday, went in to have a tyre changed and needed more than I had booked for, the man I spoke to didn’t have it in stock but went out of his way to get it sorted for me as I was driving to the airport first thing the following day! He managed to complete the job at a reasonable price! Found them very trustworthy, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I will defo be back and will be telling my friends where to come! Reasonable, Friendly & Trustworthy

Booked in to get a tyre replaced but…
Booked in to get a tyre replaced but they were able to fix it. They also pointed out our two front tyres were very close to limit so changed them too. I've never had bad service from the Bathwick/protyre guys on Turner Street. Staff are great and have always trusted them to be honest (they've either sent me away because I had plenty of tread left in my tyres; or they've mended tyres with nails in rather than replacing).
Would recommend.

Couldn’t have been more helpful! ordered my tyre at tea time and was in garage by9 the next morning, the man sorry don’t know his name was just as helpful in garage as on the phone, highly recommended. I send the westcott place branches Stratton didn’t even answer the phone.
