Small personable tyre shop
Dave Smith the manager, helpful, Informative and approachable. Bought two GT Radial ActiveClimate 275/45 x 20. (2 x last month as well) Good tyre for my SUV, hopefully they will last as good as the ActiveSport2 I had previous. Thought I would give these All Season tyres a go. I have read and been told they are a popular tyre type more adaptive to our climate in the UK. Good wet rating and on economy.
The fitters in the workshop were good and a week on, 500 miles covered, no issues.

Friendly service from a friendly team
Friendly service from a friendly team. Couldn’t find my special wheel bolt removal tool yet they still managed to change my two tires. Falkens and I am truly surprised at how good they are.

Going above and beyond
Thanks so much guys for going above and beyond today for my 207cc. Great spot on the defected passenger Tyre I had totally missed and for getting the 2 front tyres sorted so quickly and also swapping out those locking nuts. You made what could have been a potential nightmare day for me a easy chill process. Thanks again to John and the Tyre fitter (sorry forgot your name) for your professionalism today, so nice to deal with "real" people.

David or Dave the site manager was great, listened to what I explained to him regarding a slow puncture and passed this on the guy that fitted my tyres, straightforward no nonsense , passed this onto him as feedback, will come back again.
