The level of customer service was amazing and also fitted me in quickly.

Changed my tyre, they quoted me for the work and estimated time and it was completed with good time and I was advised vehicle wheel balance etc was in good order. Lovely Office with a coffee facility, great staff, tidy Office and will be going there again when the car needs sorting. Thanks staff, all in all good.

I arrived at the appointed time, and within a few minutes, the men were fitting my new tyres.

Took my car in for MOT service for the first time in this garage. It failed on anti slip brake peddle cover and rear back stop light. Told them I had anti slip brake cover in the back of the car as I didn’t think I needed it however I was wrong and they managed to find it for me and they put a new rear bulb for me and they did a retest for me on a same day. It passed MOT I went to picked up the car and they did not charge me extra. Very kind gentleman and very helpful and very happy🙏

Bestest work always

After arriving slightly late (5-7 minutes) to my MOT appointment, I was told - with some attitude, I felt - that my slot would no longer be an hour and that I'd have to wait a 'couple of hours'. They said that somebody else had taken my slot but I find this hard to believe given the very small window noted above.

They then required that I replace a tyre in order for my MOT to pass but refused to produce a certificate confirming this until organising s further visit later in the afternoon. Surely this would only take a matter of minutes - after all, it is just a question of printing a certificate confirming that all is fine!

Disappointed with the service.

Like: They do a reasonable job at a good price (MoT for £39)
Dislike: Could not do the job at the time booked but managed to fit me in the next day but was still kep waiting

Booked an MOT online and had a £10 discount. MOT was quick. Staff are friendly.

Been using this garage for a few years now and have always found them to be professional and friendly- competitive too. This time I called in to get the air con checked on my partners car - dealt with efficiently. Slight change of location if you’ve not been down in a while - just around the corner now - new customer waiting area :-)

I have been using Protyre in Richardson Road for many years. They have always been very friendly and most professional. I am very pleased with their work and have never had cause for complaints.

IT WAS GOOD FOR THEM TO ACCOMADATE ME IN MY TIME OF NEED BUT WAS TOLD THERE WAS A 45 MINUTE WAIT WHEN THERE WAS NOBODY THERE WAITING ,SO TOLD THEM I WOULD GO ELSEWHERE BUT WITHIN 5 MINUTES WAS TOLD THEY COULD DO IT NOW , BUT IT CAME WITH A CATCH ? THE ONLY TYRE THEY HAD WAS GUESS WHAT WAS £120 NOW THERE'S A SURPRISE ?
