Richardson St garage is professional and effective

Let down
Two weeks ago I went to this garage for new tyres. As part of the service they did a brake check and advised that the back brakes pads needed changing. They gave me a price, which I was happy with and booked the car in for 08:30 on 5th March. They told me they’d do the job straight away and would take around two hours. When I turned up they said they had a vehicle left over from the previous day and I’d have to leave the car with them until midday. I was unable to do this as I’d have to hang around for at least three and a half hours. I understand these things happen but why couldn’t they have rang me and advised accordingly

These guys really know their onions
These guys really know their onions! They have just soretd out front wheel alignment on my BMW320d to perfection after other garages could not get it anywhere near. Highly recommended.
