New tyres
Tyre fitter came and told could not remove a wheel nut told him both wheels came of a week before due to a service carried out, supervisor over heard discussion and went with fitter and he came back having removed it but with damaged nut came out with only 3 nuts on wheel, I had got a new nut at home.

Always a pleasure to pop into protyre and to pass on the Swadlincote branches details , always great service pleasant bunch of lads , top treatment given not just to me but other customers too the gents were polite smiley and have great customer rapport.

Service
I booked my car in for 4 new tyres.
On the day I had booked I was informed that the person who had taken the booking didn't order the tyres so I had to pay an additional £105 for a different make to me it seemed like a con to make me pay for a more expensive tyre.
I had to have them done on that day as I was going down south.
Not a very good service don't think l will use or recommend them

The booking process over the phone was easy, the staff are very friendly and happy to give advice and share knowledge. I was told how long the job would take and was updated during the procedure. I am very pleased and highly recommend!! I shall be returning in the future

Great people but struggled to find a part for my insignia. A google search confirmed they are hard to find but I bought one from ebay.
Delivered and fotted next day at a good price for labour only.
