Had a MOT due and my car failed spectacularly! I was super stressed about work being done because of appointments and they were super helpful got it all done next day and was able to spread the cost - cannot thank you enough and will be back 🫶

During mid-January I had my MoT and Bronze level service with them and the Protyre team have also recently replaced my Cambelt and Water Pump. As always they were accommodating and allowed me to drop my vehicle off the evening before my appointment, which was more suitable for me. They undertook the work in a timely and highly professional manner. They are always welcoming, friendly, professional, accommodating and thorough. They communicate very well and as a lady I have always felt comfortable going there and respected, which is very important to me. My car is driving so much better and I'll return again and again to Protyre Autocare in Southbourne. All the guy's are absolutely great. I personally deal with Carl and Neil more though whom are particularly welcoming and kind.

Had a worrying noise with my car so took it to protyre they new straight away what it was and took it straight in up the ramp and fixed it

Great prices, easy booking online, half hour time slot - 2 front tyres fitted, assured both inflated to 33psi, however one looked low when returned to me, we checked and it was 29psi … the other 42psi!!! A bit more care would be appreciated in future.

Good service but took longer than the hour expected.

My son and I were waiting another 30 minutes but the team were apologetic and completed the tyre replacement as quickly as they could.
