Great service, quick booking and great staff. Had taken my car in and they found issues I wasn’t aware of and fixed with no further issues

They called and told me the car failed its MOT on 1 thing. Only to receive another call an hour later telling me there were other issues costing another £500. I asked them to order a part that then didn't arrive on time, then when it did it was not appropriate for my car but apparently if I paid more they could sort it straight away. I choose not to continue allowing the work to be done. I was quoted £650 for all the work at Protyre but in the end I had the work completed at another garage for £370. Very disappointed with the service and the over pricing.

Have had call back for Centre Manger to clear up the issues and have had assurances that issuse will be fixed. Discuss the will be better in the future was offered a free complementary air con regas.

As a woman trying to find a garage that doesn’t rip you off is very difficult but I had a great afternoon when my car was MOT.

After my tyre pressure warning light coming on unexpectedly, Burgess Road Protyre were able to fit me in the same afternoon. They sorted the problem and had me back on the road within a few hours. Very grateful indeed for their help and professionalism. Would recommend them very highly.
