Good, helpful, did everything expected

Been going to Protyre for over a decade. Recently went for an MOT . Car failed on a split tyre and a headlight bulb problem. Got tyre ordered and fitted in no time two days latter and free follow up MOT at same time. Staff are always super friendly and helpful . Dan the MOT man is brilliant. Hard to find good service these days but I have always found it there. Great garage.

Great friendly professional service

Staff were all very friendly and, being a female in a predominantly male environment, it was nice to find that their interaction with me was the same as their interaction with their male customers. This isn’t always the case so thank you so much. Will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.

I had to wait a little while for my turn, even though I arrived on time for my appointment. However, the overall experience was very positive. The level of service and expertise provided truly reflects the value for money. Most importantly, the issue was resolved effectively.

I chose Protyre Autocare Slough based on a recommendation. It was the first time I needed to get my car MOTed. I don't regret choosing this place. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the staff are very polite and helpful. The service was carried out professionally, and I'm very happy with it. I recommend this place.

i secured an appointment the day after making enquiries. I arrived promptly but there was a delay for which the chap on the desk apologised. I had a drink and sat comfortably while waiting. The member of staff who repaired my tyre was very thorough. The chap on the desk was extremely polite and patient with all customers including one on the phone who was pushing his luck. The place was extremely busy but no-one complained, a very good sign that the job gets done well. My tyre is fine. Good value for money. Well done to everyone involved.

Problem with the initial order which they were very helpful in sorting out in terms of when I could leave the car and when pick it up. The only fly in the ointment was that the tyres I wanted weren't available through them (or Black circles) so I would up having to get more expensive tyres then I really wanted, but that was driven yhaving to get them done by month end for vehicle tax reasons. So, a bit expensive in the end but very helpful.
