Great choice of tyres online. Premium mid and value range. Very proactive team and they listen to the customer. Very clear communication and offer flexible appointments and bookings. Adam the manager is very attentive and supportive. Great service all round.

Great and punctual

The manager and staff were very helpful. They managed to fit me in the next day for a new exhaust. They were honest about the cost and the car was ready on time. I am going to use them for all my car servicing in the future.

2 nails in n/s front tyre not found on first visit when two new tyres on the back, I was informed, were necessary. I ordered those but gave your fitter the incorrect cost I thought I'd seen on-line of £104 each for Toyo's. I should have told him £101.40 each. My mistake. However it was the next day, when fitting had been booked, I found before leaving home the front n/s tyre was nowhere near the correct pressure.My second visit to Sittingbourne revealed the problem. It is extremely upsetting to think I could have incurred the cost of replacement for all 4 tyres. I had the two Toyo's fitted to the front. Will I be going back there in the not too distant future for the rear replacements ? Unlikely I'm thinking ! I have nearly always used your Sittingbourne branch for the past 8 years or more. and, not least of all, spent a lot of money there. Brian Hiller

Update: Protyre followed up and called me we discussed the issue and the earlier charge will be refunded so I am actually impressed that they seem to take customer service seriously. Happy to recommend them and I will continue to use them as my go to tyre place.
Earlier : This visit was ok but previous visit where I paid £30 for diagnosis and re-seat but screw in tyre was missed was a waste of money
