Excellent service , friendly staff.. fitted my car in at short notice. Competitive prices..

I had previously had the Aircon recharged when they told me the coolant water was low, they topped it up, telling me to keep a check on it. It lost coolant so I took it back they checked it out while I waited and they showed me where it was leaking. They told me a price and said they could do it as soon as the part arrived. 2.5 hrs later I drove away. Telling me again to check the coolant level. Friendly, helpful, got to the problem quickly.

Top notch service. Dealt with the TyreOn safety bands on my camper van and fitted front tyres. Drives like a new van, perfectly balanced. Thoroughly recommend to all.

Very reliable and honest. As a female customer the staff are all so genuine, don’t try and rip you off and are very thorough and explain things in simple terms without jargon. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Helpful attitude. Attention to detail. Showed me under the car exactly where the problem was and explained all issues in layman’s terms.
Got me a coffee and my grandson a hot chocolate.
They understood my ridiculously unhelpful time schedules and did everything they could in the circumstances.

I used an online offer to book a silver service and Aircon regas. I entered my reg which pulled up my make and model of car. Booked in on my Fri off, got a call the day before to say they had no staff to do it, could I move my appt, booked it for Monday. Drop it off and went for a walk, phone rang, "we see you also need an air filter, £23 etc", I said do it. Half hour later I get a call to say they can't do it as it would take too long to get to the filter. Half an hour after that I get a call saying they can't do any of it, no service, no regas. Total waste of my time and effort.
When I booked it knew what my car was and charged me according to how long those services would take to compete on my specified car, i.e a SMART CAR.
Why bother to offer those services based on my reg and known car when clearly you can't work out how to do them.

Third time my partner and I have been here for tyres and air con servicing. Friendly staff and very efficient with their work. They always do a great job and we will be returning to use more of their services.
