Paul and his team have looked after our cars for several years. They are reliable, honest and go to great lengths to support their customers. I would highly recommend.

My initial contact with Protyres was through talking to Paul who was extremely helpful and informative about the tyres I needed and the best way to proceed.
Once I was in the premises they were quick to get going with my car and provided coffee to keep you going.

First visit to this particular garage and the service given was excellent, I will reuse again.

The staff here are brilliant at explaining what is going on at every step. My car failed its MOT but was quickly booked back in and the fault rectified.

Were able to fit me in quickly for puncture repair, so that my schedule was barely affected and the job time estimate was very accurate.

Was nervous about using the new location as I had great service from one of the other locations over the years. Pleased to say this was perfect and will be using Segensworth for my servicing and MOT going forward.

The MOT was quick and fully descriptive of the test and checks carried out. Recommendations noted and clear. Plus the hot chocolate machine was handy and easy to use.

Great service during my recent visit for the car's aircon to be regassed. I arrived a little early for my appointment, but was warmly greeted at reception and the work commenced shortly after arrival. I was kept informed of progress during the work and managed a couple of decent coffees from the free to use machine whilst waiting. The whole process took about an hour and a half; after which the car's aircon felt like it was coming straight from the Arctic! Will definitely use this garage again in future.

Very pleasant staff who listened to what tyres I wanted and located the kind I required, the make and specifically ones with good road-holding properties in the wet. They checked tracking and the tread on the other tyres and the brakes and reported that all these things were fine, so I didn't feel that they were adding things on in any way. Comfortable, warm waiting area with coffee machine! They started the job as soon as I arrived at the appointment time. Easy to locate their premises and plenty of parking. I would recommend them.

I have used Protyre for many years, first in Wickham, and now, where they have relocated, in Segensworth. I have always been extremely pleased with their service, efficiency and amazing staff. Most importantly for me is that I trust them, they keep me informed every step of the way, making sure I am happy with any work that needs doing. I would definitely recommend Paul and his great team!

Very happy with the service I got the young man that look at the car and found what was up with got booked in and fix and at a good price so I am a very happy 😊 😃

I booked in for two new replacement tyres, didn’t realise how long it would take. When I explained that I had to attend a funeral, my car was fast tracked through. I was made a cup of tea by Paul and all was done in record time! Including all relevant paperwork and safety checks. All staff are courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend :)
