Customer service gave good advice and although it was a very busy Friday fitted a new tyre for us very promptly .

Excellent communication giving an honest and trusted diagnosis of what is wrong with my car. They go the extra mile. Prices are very competitive and where possible they try to save you money. Protyre was able to fit me in at very short notice and fitted 3 tyres to my Ford Mondeo. I don’t know what they did to my car, but there is now no shake from the steering (I had tyres replaced previously but the shake always remained) and the car is so much quieter.
200,000+ miles on the clock and it now drives like a new car, even if it doesn’t look new!

Great support from the desk team in tyre selection, after the website specified the wrong tyres.
