Poor online booking experience
I booked and paid for an air conditioning regas online at the Rugby branch and received an order confirmation for a specific appointment time. Within the hour I was told the slot had already been booked for another customer and my appointment was cancelled. The website accepted my booking, took my payment and confirmed a slot that was never actually available. The result was wasted time, real inconvenience, and a loss of confidence in their online booking system. If you take payment and issue a confirmation, the appointment should be guaranteed. Protyre needs to make sure live availability is accurate before taking payment and confirming appointments. Disappointing experience.

Great experience. Just one little niggle.
Have used Protyre previously and had a great experience, so decided to use them again. I needed four new tyres and got a great deal on Dunlop tyres. I received great service again. I have just a small niggle, after fitting, all the rims on my car were covered in white grease. It would have been good if someone could have wiped it off, rather than leave it to me.
Despite the niggle, I would still return again and definitely recommend to others.
