So helpful - i had a problem with tyre sensors the engineers were quick to check out the problem and advised I needed two new sensors which they said they could do whilst I sat in the waiting room with a hot drink. Whilst replacing the sensors it was noted that one of the tyres was cracked and although not desperate to be replaced I was advised soon than later so opted for a new tyre. Excellent service and informative

Staff spot on and helpful but the repair on car was unprofessional damaged bits on car underneath causing more problems
Will use for tyres but that is all carnt trust them for any thing else

Had a slow puncture in a tyre. They said couldn’t do as the tyre had cracks in it. The tyre has 6mm of tread and is less than 3years old. Took it somewhere else & they repaired it. Just needed rim sealing. Protyre trying to sell new tyre. They tried to charge £800 for 2 strutt tops & anti roll bar link on a fiat 500 owned by a relation aswell. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. !!!!!!

I went for a (reduced price) aircon regas and the guys at Ripley gave my car a thorough examination. They pointed out a few things and I got booked in for a couple of days later on Spring Bank Holiday Monday (Yes, Bank Holiday Monday).
The work was done very efficiently and the whole team (although depleted on the day) were polite, considerate and prompt in carrying out the work
Visited on Friday 22nd May at Ripley for an air con regas, waited an hour and was told it was finished and it wouldn’t work fully because my hybrid isn’t fully charged. Charged it later and air con still not working. Myself and my partner was travelling that day so couldn’t go back as we were in Worcester. Saturday 23rd May we went to a44 tyre in Worcester to try and get the issue sorted. They hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and said there were no leaks, compressor issues or anything and that the gas had 0 gas in it. Therefore this had not been done. I had paid for a service at Ripley to have it not done and for them to try and upsell other services that were apparently needed on my car. Avoid Ripley at all costs because they rob you and take your money. Literal day light robbery.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, great price too.
Had a nail in my tyre. The staff were very friend and helpful. They talked me through what options there was and informed me of all prices before I made my decision.
I would recommend they to everyone and will be going back in the future for any other tyres I need

Pre-booked fitting time with order, dealt with in time specified.
Should not really have needed replacement so soon. Could have been worse as could have cracked alloy wheel too, tyre cut on inner side wall about midway down a 55 profile tyre so quite deep hole with sharp stone in edges. Not noticed as had rained and appeared as small puddle not close to edge of road.
I had ordered the wrong size tyre as it appears my car has different sizes on the front and back. Instead of ordering me the correct size tyre the garage called me to say they had ordered 2 of the same so they could replace both. I instantly said that i didn’t want that as only 1 needed replacing and asked them to order the right size for the one that needs replacing. I just find it quite annoying that they tried to get me to buy another tyre that I didn’t need. They then said they wouldn’t do the free alignment that had added to my
Order as some of the bushes were worn. I find this hard to believe as the car had been to my mechanic to have new track
Rod ends which is when it became
Apparent I needed a new tyre. If my bushes needed doing he would of done it I feel they was just being awkward as I didn’t go with their theory of having 2 new tyres

great service and amazing staff did my front tyres which were a good price and tracking, one tyre which was very bad got me in next day to sort it they where very helpful and very polite. I would highly recommend coming here have been coming here for quite a few years now and I'm really happy with there work
Great service and staff are wonderful, quickly checked me in for new tyres. The service provided was excellent, fast and satisfactory. A choice of different tyres available .

Reece and Dan are amazing!! Took a newly purchased vehicle to them to get health checked, they went above and beyond throughout providing me with an in-depth diagnosis and guidance. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to them particularly Reece and every time they have been incredibly helpful!!
Had wheels tracked yesterday informed couldn't set the back so went to ets today front where still out had full 4 wheel alignment and now all setup correctly so I will be going to ets now also first told me couldn't set the back wheels up needed a special tool for that so I believe him turns out the special tool is a spanner I have used a lot when the previous team where there and never had any issues I have previously spent hundreds of pounds there I only get bitten once I will go to ets they have the hunter alignment kit and it is now all set up and runs true no more purchases from me I will take my money elsewhere
