A friendly, professional service. Kept informed with progress if needed. Work done well, and explained throughout and very thoroughly in plain English, with necessary paperwork provided. Even a free coffee in the reception/waiting area!!

Amazing company love these guys! All work done on time and a high standard while I enjoyed a coffee from their machine.
I was given the option of a free balance check when I bought 2 new front tyres and they brought me out to the machine to show me the readings and explain that I did not need any further work. I will be back when I need more tyres.

I booked via asdatyres.com and met Jack and Paul who were both just genuinely welcoming and lovely people. I came away feeling like I’d rushed into making that booking online and in future I will 100% be calling to book direct. They couldn’t have been anymore accommodating and efficient. Thanks guys :)

Great work by Jack to get two new tyres fitted in a little over 20 minutes while seemingly running the garage on his own. Kept to the appointment slot which I had to move to Protyre Preston after Protyre Leyland tried to move my appointment with them to the following week (not ideal when you have a nail in your tyre)

I went to get my caravan tyres changed and the two lads there were outstanding, so helpful, friendly and professional. They couldn’t do enough for me.

Leaving 5 stars specifically for Jacks amazing customer service, he came and attended to me as soon as I walked through the door and fixed my headlight in minutes (in the rain too!) even though Halfords had declined to change my light due to my car being a bit of a pain to access the headlight. Thanks Jack ☺️

Tyre ordered, car booked in. Professional, knowledgeable staff. Talked me through how many miles the other 3 tyres had left before replacing and free brake check done as well. Didn't have to wait too long for tyre to be replaced, about an hour in all. Great price too, would definitely use again.

Topped up my refrigerant gas, great job checked the tyres and brakes providing me with a printed copy of their current condition

I could not fault the lads at Protyre’s Preston one bit. They were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them. I had my caravan tyres fitted so would recommend anyone needing caravan tyres to go there.
