Service and work was very good but went in for a free aircon check and asked if we could be contacted prior to the work being done but we weren't. Fortunately was able to pay but had had a cheaper quote elsewhere which is why wanted to know how much it was going to be. All things considered am happy with the work just wanted notification beforehand

Had my tyres replaced in February and was very impressed by the service I received. Went back for an air con service and am pleased to say the service received was just as good.

The wait was very long. I booked a tyre replacement for 430. I asked how long and they said about half an hour. They didn’t even get the car until 5 and I was still waiting at 520 when I asked if it was finished yet. It had just been and they brought it round. If I was told it would take an hour then fair enough but I wasn’t.

Over the last 2 months I've used them for alignment and tyres
At all times the staff behind the counter dealing with my enquires have been very professional,very friendly
The staff dealing with the physical work have been the same as the counter staff
Took great care as they were dealing with my new wheels
Prices seemed reasonable to me hence why I used them

Thank you protyre (on Cabot lane). Matt was very helpful and understanding in resolving an issue with my 4 wheel alignment. My advice is, go to Cabot lane, avoid protyre in Holten Heath !!!!

Made it easy to change two caravan tyres. Drove in and was seen to on time. Staff were friendly and polite. Tyres were a good brand and price excellent.

I have used Protyre on a few occasions. I find the people who work there, pleasant, friendly and attentive when I ask them questions. I have no problem getting an appointment with them and the work is always carried out promptly.

The chap that replaced all my tyres was very helpful & showed me which tyre was worth keeping as a spare & he also cleaned up all the wheel faces around the alloy wheels so they weren’t covered in tyre grease attracting dust n dirt etc
