Great service at Protyre
James on reception is what makes your company great. He is polite helpful and bends over backwards to do anything he can to fit you in when you need. He found a slot for my MOT within 2 hours of my call and it was done on time whilst I waited. I can’t speak highly enough of him and the other staff at Protyre Cabot Lane.

I ordered 2 new tyres online air…
I ordered 2 new tyres online air conditioning re gas and wheel alignment. I picked the car up and it had completely different set of tyres on it not the ones I ordered I had to bring the vehicle back in to get changed. Also be aware when paying for wheel alignment they don’t state the rear tyres need alignment too and they charged another £45 to do this without asking. The inside step of my car and steering wheel were left absolutely filthy with black oil dirt. Not impressed…

Everything went well for me
My first contact by phone was friendly and efficient. I was quickly given a quote and a date the following day for the work to be done. The quote was well within the cost band suggested by google AI. Whilst my car was repaired I was able to wait in a cool reception area. Everything went smoothly and everyone was friendly

Superlative service and nothing too much trouble
Thank you so much to James and his colleagues for once again getting me out of a fix when I had a puncture on the way home from Swanage. I arrived home at 4.30 pm, rang James who said, 'Get here pronto and we'll put on a new tyre'. As luck would have it , they had one tyre in stock to match my others. I can't fault the service, kindness, and attention to detail of this branch of Protyre. My car also came out a lot cleaner than it went in. Thank you so very much. Carole Reeves

I relaxed while the fitter did the work.
I came in after a service elsewhere because they had indicated a front tyre problem. Your fitter looked at the problem tyre and actually showed me the issue. A new tyre was supplied, but because it was a different make (I already knew the same make was unavailable), your fitter agreed to put the new tyre on the back axle and move the other front tyre to the back as well. So two wheel movements as well as a refit. All done while I waited in a spacious, air conditioned waiting area, and relaxed. Many thanks.

Two attemps needed to MOT a Tesla S...
Poole Protyre 100% great, would recommend.
Why 3 stars? Aimed at Protyre overall...
Last year I went to the Ferndown branch to MOT my Tesla S. Dropped it off, a while later 'Sorry, our MOT ramp is not big enough for you car - we can't do it. We'll have to send you to Wallisdown branch in a couple of days'. OK, fine it happens.
This year, book in at Wallisdown for MOT. Turn up. 15 mins later 'Sorry, our ramp is not big enough for your car - we can book you in at Poole tomorrow?'
'But you did this car last year!!??'
'We've had a new ramp'
4 visits, 4 days off work for 2 MOTs.... not great.
You know the car registration, I booked in advance, you know what make and model the car is, why do I get sent by your website to branches that can't MOT the car?
Once I finally get to a branch that can actually do it, then everything is fine. If they can do your car, Wallisdown is fine too.
Make sure you call ahead first and say 'Do you actually do Make/Model at this branch?'
