Urgent tyre replacement
The guys were friendly and professional and the service was second to none.
The tyre change was quick and the guys gave us a print out of how bad our tracking was!
All in all a great company and we’ll be using them again.

Great team
Found out I had a flat tyre and came here to ask for some help. They fit my car in straight away so I was really lucky! Lots of Information given about which tyres would be best for my car and miles I do etc. Staff were really lovely and made me feel comfortable. I've been to other garages where the staff look down on me because I'm a woman, but not here! Will definitely come here again!

Great customer service, lads in there where all great.
Quick and speedy servicer, will be using again.

Arrogant staff.
Phoned up to see if by any chance they had a availability on the same day to fit 2 new tyres, on the other end of the phone I had the most arrogant rude man speak to me saying ‘I’m the only one here, why do you think there’s a booking system online, if that’s showing there’s no availability for that day that ‘clearly’ means there’s no availability. Which I side ok that’s fair enough, but going onto your online website it does clearly state ‘same day fitting available on tyres and car services in Okehampton, call 01837 400023’ so that’s why I thought I would phone. With his arrogant tone he then said ‘I have no availability’ to which I then said that’s fine I’ll find somewhere else, which I did in okehamtpon and they were super!! This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with okehampton pro tyre, so there will be no custom anymore from us and no more recommendations from us as you they treat there customers like crap.

Great service, I couldnt attend my appointment due to handbrake stuck on my car called up and got rearranged no problem. Two tyres put on for me and given a nice print out for a tyres and breaks check.
