Protyre Autocare - Newbury Recensioni 

I drive a lot on business and change my tyres frequently. Protyre Newbury are superb. Previously, I used a couple of other shops but once I went to Protyre, I have not used another shop since. Basically, they are welcoming, polite, prompt and very professional.
Never had a bad experience.

I bought 4 tyres online and when I arrived to get them fitted (which was in the price) at the agreed time a couple of days later they were unable to fit them as my motorhome was 3500kg and they said they could only lift 3000kg. Using the vans jack wasn’t an option. I had an MOT the same afternoon, so the only option to me was to take the tyres with me and get them fitted elsewhere which cost £80 + vat. The garage gave me no compensation for this so I was the best part of £100 out of pocket! At no point in the order journey did it mention any limitation which is extremely annoying.

Friendly and speedy service. Appreciate the kindness when faced with my complete lack of car knowledge or whereabouts of my lock nut!

The technician was very professional even though he was managing the workshop on his own and had to juggle multiple customers' bookings as well as walk-in customers and telephone enquiries, and all that on one of the hottest days of the year. I have returned a couple of days later to get my tracking done and met with the same profesionalism as on the first visit.
