I visited because MOT warned me that there was slight cracking on the inside wall of a rear tyre.
I booked with Protyre and had the tyre replaced. The cost was the average price that one would expect to pay. But I did have the advantage of a warm dressing room.

Repeated failure to solve a problem of their own making, due in part to less than adequate equipment, but also, in my opinion, poor quality work. The issue I had was blindingly obvious, and should have been spotted by them and not me. They also damaged a wheel which they deny and I found a loose plastic trim part in my boot which may or may not be coincidental. On first reporting the poor work (after the first visit), the centre wasn't particularly apologetic, but they solved the problem in the end. Only after 3 visits! Hard work, if you ask me, and not what I'd expected from my goto centre for tyres and the like. This episode has left me thoroughly disappointed, wasted my time and cost me money.

It's difficult to want to leave feedback for something you don't want to buy in the first place. But these guys opened bank holiday Monday and saved my bacon. 2 good quality tyres and a repair. They didn't try to con me into buying more than I needed. Fitted, balanced and alignment all done to a high standard, my fuel consumption has improved greatly. Thanks very much.

I was seen promptly when I arrived, I was asked about what type of tyre I wanted and it was fitted quickly. All in all, a great service.

I had a second puncture straight after getting my first fixed. The staff fitted me in to sort out my issue quickly and friendly.

The assistance in choosing the right tyres and quoting the total price was very helpful, also for the best time to book, sadly was not impressed with how dirty the car was returned with floor mat covered in mud and grit, the wheels and new tyres were covered in dirty marks and grease, attention to detail will make customers want to return.

£35 for 10 minutes work to fix a puncture is absolutely obscene.
