Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Couldn't be more pleasant and helpful.
As my car would be a few hours, to save me wandering around the town aimlessly they popped me home and collected me when the car was ready. Who else would have done that?
Can't really praise them enough and would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service!!
I had ordered the wrong size tyres but the guy who contacted me was so helpful and went above and beyond to sort out the correct size for me. Got my car in the next day, all 4 tyres replaced, aligned and tracking done in just over an hour. I highly recommend this company and will definitely take my car back there for any future work.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. Had an issue with wheel balancing which turned out to be the sound deadening lining having come away on a front wheel after they had balanced the back wheels. Nevertheless, they tracked down the problem and sorted it out.

Tyres at a reasonable price
Tyres at a reasonable price. Like most people, I'm clueless about the best tyre for my vehicle and milage but I felt listened too and given information to help make a choice. What gave me a good feeling, it was obvious the day wasn't going well but I still got good customer service.

Had a pair of good quality tyres …
Had a pair of good quality tyres fitted at a very competitive price. After leaving the depot and getting on to the Motorway, I noticed quite a strong vibration coming through the car. Once home I called the depot to explain, no fuss or drama, asked to go back the next day (Saturday) to have them re-balanced. Done f.o.c and problem solved.

I had a burst tyre on the motorway and…
I had a burst tyre on the motorway and the rescue service brought me to Protyre at my request. I was seen quickly and back on the road in 40 minutes. Excellent service all round
