Good service. Booked online no problems, they just took the keys and got it on them changed straight away

I had booked in a wrong date for an MOT. Called Protyre, and the date was changed (on the day of the appointment), with no fuss. What better service could one expect.

Had MOT at protyre. Arrived on-time and they started work quickly on the car. Every year i use protyre.
Very pleased with the results apart from a couple of minor points being the fuel cap was left open and the lights switch was not returned to the original setting that i had it on. After the mot i did not go round the car and check everything. Just simple errors that wont put me off.

Use them all the time they are very good service... do what you ask them to do ..explain if there is anything wrong before they repair

I thought I needed two new back tyres as I had a puncture in one and the tread looked low but they advised I only needed to repair the puncture and did not need the tyres.
Their honesty saved me £300
On my service they noticed the brakes needed replaced at the front and got me a discount on the overall price.
They are honest, quick, on the ball and friendly.

I always get superb service from this garage. My car was Vibrating badly. My specialist garage was certain it was a distorted brake disc so they were replaced with their pads. That did not stop the vibrations. Took into ProTyre today and all was resolved. It was a badly out of balance wheel. Mechanic rebalanced the front wheels and did retracking and test drive. They are so helpful and if you are waiting you hear them advising customers on the options available.

I had the AC regas service. I arrived a few minutes earlier than my appointment, but my car went in straight away. My car was finished in way less than an hour and I felt the results instantly. Just in time for the heatwave over the weekend.

It took an 1.15 hour for the MOT.
My appointment was at 12.15 and by the time I got the car back it was 13.30.
The tester was relaxed , eating , drinking, vapping in between. Also I tried to book it on line for the recommended price of £39.95 but it wouldn’t let me so I hade to drive to the garage to book it.
I frankly don’t think I come back again.
There were other people waiting and waiting for their car to be serviced etc

Honest about delays, friendly and as a lone woman - a safe feeling experience.

Booked an appointment to have my car air con re-gased. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I was told it would take approximately 1 hour and was able to use a discount coupon. Which made the whole experience a lot nicer! Good service and I would recommend to anyone.

Good value for money and lots of availability for dates that suited me.
