Easy to book my MOT, friendly staff and prompt service. A good experience.

Everything sorted and resolved to my complete satisfaction

Went to the Bletchley branch as another company had ruined a bolt on my wheel meaning my tyre couldn't be removed. Protyre were so helpful, got the bolt off and sorted the tyre for me. They fitted me in at the last minute, kept me informed at all times and did everything for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Page went out of her way to help me to get my MOT done. Ryan the MOT man did an excellent job on my Land Rover. Highly recommended 🙏🏻 !

Arrived at Bletchley 'dump' for an 11.00am booking (arranged by lease co), was sworn at by receptionist, who obviously doesn't like lease co bookings, told it would be 2-3 hours at least before being looked at, another hour for lease co authorisation. Waiting area had no seating, no toilets, no drinks facilities and not in a location I would feel safe in at all.
Left and took car to Formula One Auto's.

My car failed the MOT at Protyre Bletchley, due to a broken rear spring. I had it replaced by my husband and brought back for a retest, which was understandably charged for, at a reasonable price. I have used this garage before and will do so again. Roy and Paige were very helpful, thank you.

Polite and effective MOT service at he Romar Court site.

Worth booking directly as the central office have a habit or randomly booking at alternative sites or not booking you in at all (as I initially discovered turning up for a booking that I'd made but hadn't actually happened).

Parking can be a little tight round there.

Mot done on time, booked and paid for online.

Always polite and respectful. Don't make me feel like I am going to be fleeced.

Great price, arrived on time and fitted tyre straight away. I asked for my wheel bearing to be looked at and was told to arrive 1st thing the next morning, i arrived early and was told that due to staff issues they wouldn't be able to look, not great that i took time off work but things happen. Wasn't offered an alternate date

They dropped my wheel, damaged it badly, but claimed it was my fault, despite admitting the damage can only have been caused with the tyre removed (because I do that all the time outside my house). DON'T TRUST

Me in layman’s terms which I understand if I don’t they explain everything thoroughly. Called as soon as the car is ready and I’m always very pleased with the fact I’m treated respectfully in what is normally very Male dominant situation. There was a lovely girl who was there this time who I chatted to that works there and she was extremely friendly and helpful.
