Did a good job, not long doing it, I’ll be back for tyres as I’ve had tyres in the past

Very efficient, fast, polite, all round fabulous service

All the information about the tyres was made clear. A further report was made on my car which was clear . The work was carried out within the agreed timescale.

Had a flat after work and they where great , go the tyre changed and me back on the road really quickly

Called in the previous day for a quote and had the work done the next afternoon.
Very helpful and 3 tyres replaced as required. Feels like a new car!

Booked an appointment in advance for 1pm turned up told to leave the car and come back at 2pm car not finished until 2.30pm what's the point of booking in advance?

The guys that worked on my car were great they changed my tyres really fast even know they were really busy.

Had two new front tyres fitted, was asked if I wanted the tracking doing, I told the fitter that the old tyres didn't have uneven ware but if they checked it and found it needed doing then go ahead and do it. I left the car with them as they said it would probably be an hour and a quarter before it was ready, on returning to pick my car up I was told they had not yet done the tracking but it would only be another ten minutes, I said this was ok, ten minutes later the fitter returned,
said he had checked the car and the tracking was out, I gave the go ahead and he did the job. After leaving the garage the car didn't seem right as the steering wheel was to the left of center and when I let go of the wheel the car veered off to the right, I returned the car the next day. When I started to explain the problem the fitter stopped me and finished the sentence for me telling me that the majority of the cars that they had tracked in the last two weeks had all been returned with the same problem and then offered to retrack the car, I agreed to this only to find this only made the problem worse, I asked for a refund only to be told I would have to call back the following day when the manager was there. I returned the next day, saw the manager who said I should not of been told this, I suggested that maybe their equipment was faulty, he said not, offered to retrack the car which I turned down, I was then given a refund, took the car to another garage had the car tracked without any problems
