It was not a straight forward…
It was not a straight forward appointment to change two tyres - they were very helpful sorting out a problem and I was able to drive away same afternoon.

Great experience
Great service from everyone from start to finish. I rang up with an issue I thought I had after my service/MOT and they saw my car the same day and checked all was ok which it was and cleared the electronic error code that triggered a sensor. Cant fault this garage and will return next year. Extra mention to Josh who was amazing throughout as he was last year when I came here. Many thanks

Quick and easy booked online dropped off the car and a bit early and they worked on it straight away
Also the price for tyres was the cheapest too

Incompetent and rude
Visited for a/c regas as ours wasn't as cold as it should be. When we drove away it was apparent that the a/c was now not cold at all - worse in fact! We immediately returned and spoke with the manager who was immediately defensive, then
quickly offensive. We asked if he could check their a/c machine but he aggressively said "the machine is fine".He had no desire to rectify the problem (they had created!) and after trying to calm him down he then said we were " Banned'!! We were calm and polite throughout and his tantrum seemed disproportionate to the situation. We drove to the next garage 10 minutes later to see if they could fix the a/c and they pronounced "there's no gas in it mate"! The incompetent Sroop Puar at Protyre was rude, wrong and unable to operate the a/c machine. Terribly disproportionate and incompetent experience at Wigston Protyre. Ourselves, friends and family were all disgusted by this experience and will from now on, avoid!

Excellent on the day but I had to wait 3 days to get puncture repaired.

Happy solution to our problem
