Excellent service today at the Kettering store, popped in with a nail in my tyre they were able to repair. In and out in 20 minutes. Great service start to finish.

From start to finish there was great communication from Martin. When I arrived the team sorted my tyres out for me changed two front tyres, balanced and tracked.

If you want to save you money and brain cells, don't go there for an allignment. If you are a woman you will be ripped off for sure for nothing. I have expierenced that 2 years in a row, TWICE.
Thank you to Martin who tried to fix it, and did other major job on a car great, but still wasnt good enough in allignment. I don't know why he is keeping at work such unprofessional people, because both time my allignment was done by same people. Don't reccomend. I can't tell anything bad about other work they are doing, but for allignment I will never come back here.

I ordered two front tyres online, but they provided a different brand than what I requested without consulting me. I only discovered this later. I didn't expect them to make such a mistake. They also performed a wheel alignment. On the way home, the car was pulling to the right. The next day I had to return to request a repair, but they had a malfunctioning machine. They directed me to another service centre. They checked my tyres there and assured me everything was fine, but it wasn't. After the weekend, I had to return because the car still pulled to the right. It's difficult to trust them to properly inspect the car and fix it again. Although the car is driving better now, it still feels like it's pulling slightly to the right. I'm sorry, but I won't be returning there anymore. It's been stressful, and I'm very frustrated. I received different tyres than I requested, and I'm dissatisfied with the work done.

I was a one off customer (puncture on way home) and felt I was treated like a loyal customer.

Only place that had tyres in stock. Martin? The manager was very helpful and efficient.
