Had a flat tyre, called them & they said come now & we will sort it out. They did as they said. Excellent job.

Car booked in and tyres changed in double quick time

I arrived at the agreed appointment time and left the car with the garage, went back 20minutes later, tyres still not fitted, was then informed after a further 20mins wait that the depot only had 1 new tyre available, after I had re-booked 2 new tyres. So I had to book a further appointment for a few days time to get the remaining 1 new tyre fitted. So very frustration and I had to pay twice the amount of travel costs, on top of poor customer service and support.

I travelled 25 minutes to a booked appointment only to find the tyres were not in.
I had to wait 4 days for the next set to be in.
Not the usual good standards this time

I get my MOTs and all other work done at ProTyre and have done so for many years. MOTs are always done on time, you can wait in the garage and see what is happening through a viewing window. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and therefore other work is done well and at a fair price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dealt with a very nice guy who, although a new team member, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tyre fixed and I was off on my way !

I was welcomed on entering the reception in a pleasant and courteous manor. Informed truthfully that there was a wait even though it was booked in so I could decide whether to stay or return later after the work was done. Very happy with Protyre

Every time they fit tyres, they leave the wheel messy with fitting lubricant, not good at getting the tyre pressures right either.
Five-star service would check and correct all the tyre pressures after fitting tyres or repairing a tyre.

Booked tyres online. Put them on in required time slot which was great. Only criticism is white gu to help slip tyres on was all over alloys and tyres and not wiped down. Staff helpful and polite.

Had car serviced needed new spark plugs, car starting a lot better. Was advised would need new tyres in 6 to 12 months.

Best to make an appointment even for tracking but that said the work was done speedily and staff were very friendly. Perhaps a little on the high side price wise but you get what you pay for.
