Prompt service.
My vehicle was taken into the garage very promptly, for my tyre fitting to start. Slightly earlier than my 11.30 slot, which for me is a big plus hence 5 stars.

New Tyres
Ptotyre carried out replacement tryes for my vw .
I ordered the tyres online ,which was a clear easy way to order website .. including the choice of dates and time slots .
The tyres were fitted on the day perfectly all on time .
A very proffesional garage service that I can recommed to all .

Great service from Ipswich Protyre
I booked Ipswich Protyre on line to fit two tyres the next day. Very good service & best price in town, all was done in 30min whilst I waited. Always great service and sound advice from Mick if you’re unsure.

Seems a bargain at first
Searched around online for prices on a full set of tyres and ProTyre had the best value so got my car booked in. However be mindful that although the free wheel alignment check seems appealing, they will charge £52.99 for wheel alignment being done. After factoring in the alignment cost this ended up being the most expensive option out of all the garages I checked. Staff were rather blunt despite me being a smiley customer and foul smell was coming from reception area. Likely to not use again.

Always reliable
I have used the garage for several years and they have never let me down. The staff are helpful and efficient and I am happy that they are doing a good job. Price wise, they compare well with other local garages.

Alignment worse than before
The service offered was decent as usual, however after my alignment that the car had, the wheel is now much less straight when driving in a straight line and I can occasionally feel the car pulling/jerking to one side as one of the wheels that clearly isn't pointing in the correct direction suddenly gets a little more traction

Two front tyres fitted on a Saturday
Two front tyres fitted on a Saturday. Woke up Sunday morning - one flat tyre. Couldn’t travel to a Xmas event. Lost one of a two night hotel booking which I had to pay for.
Had to wait until Monday morning to get it fixed.
Was told that the valve was faulty !!
Valve replaced .
