Booked on line MOT and dropped off my car early as staff said it would not be a problem. Picked up car later on, all done and staff as ever were brilliant. Well done Protyre Haverfordwest. 109/10

All in all the Haverfordwest branch of Protyre has it all.
Been going to this branch for years for the service and MOT’s for my Van and car.

As soon as you walk in your greeted with a smile from the front desk…. (I was served by Kathryn) she soon checked you in and offered you a coffee from the free premium coffee machine! #Fancy

Whilst the car was in for a check over, I opted to go out for a walk and a bite to eat. A few hours later I received a call from protyre stating the car was ready for collection.
I arrived back, had another bevvy from the coffee machine and was briefed from the staff about the service and MOT carried out.
I must admit, the detailed report they give you regarding tyre tread etc was nice to see!

All in all, I’d 100% recommend this branch, I felt my car was well looked after and the staff went above and beyond so thank you everyone at Haverfordwest Protyre!

Very friendly staff and willing to that extra mile to help.

Have used these for a number of years and find that the current manager/franchisee(?) is much more focussed on providing excellent customer service than previous incumbent. Would be 5 stars but for the cost of MOT and not sending me the quote to make good the identified advisories. Overall, would recommend and will continue to use.

I recently had my bmw125i in after a major leak of coolant. When I collected my car on Christmas Eve, I spoke to Kath the manager stating that I have always been a customer as I TRUST what they say. Whilst Protyre is a brand name its reputation and customer support are due not to brand name but Manager and staff who are the backbone of the company. What they say, what they price quote is assured by their honesty. Thank you as always. David R.

I am not a mechanic but have no reason to to question the integrity of the work done in the recent service for my car. However, I was impressed with the manner in which I was treated. The staff were polite, most helpful and efficient.

Excellent service on a Saturday afternoon, got me out of a pot hole puncture and saved the day.
