Had booked 2 x tyres on line to be fitted. Drove up and was greeted with my name, which was nice! Both fitted within the time frame we were given. We have been using this garage for many, many years now and will go nowhere else for tyres!

I have used protyre auto care for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always so helpful and never sell me tyres I don't need. Always happy to check my tyres any time

The price was acceptable and the staff were polite throughout.

The visit did require a return, as the metal valves included in the original order were not fitted and had to be completed the next day once it was noticed they had not been changed. Had this not been checked afterwards, it may have been difficult to confirm what had or had not been fitted.

Once fitted, wheel balancing had to be raised and then carried out. This is something expected as part of that work, so it was important to ensure it was included.

There was no separate invoice provided, as the online order was considered sufficient. However, this does not replace a VAT invoice or provide clear confirmation of what was fitted at the time, which leaves little record should anything need to be clarified later.

Sharing this in the hope it helps maintain consistency between what is ordered, what is fitted, and what is documented.

I use these all the time for my tyres. Their website is so easy to use from, the guys are super friendly and very efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else 😊

Was fortunate that was dealt with immediately on arrival having not previously been able to pre-book. Sudden deflation. Only issue with this was that I was not able to pre-select my tyres, only two options given, and cost way over the online price. £26.
Pre-book if you can!

Arrived 5 mins early and was greeted by name - they were expecting me. The car was taken into the workshop before I had even left reception, and was ready to go in less than an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable (I asked if the tyres were directional, and they advised me about track rod end issues when they set the tracking) and quick. I do track days, so I checked the wheel nut torques - spot on, as were the tyre pressures.
