Only second time I’ve used this…

Only second time I’ve used this establishment. Lee tracked the front wheels, he was great, he explained we needed two new tyres to the front. I rang later and spoke to Simon, he said he’d ring me back with a quote, no quote, ended up at LTC.

We are pleased to hear that you found Lee in centre who carried out the tracking to be great. However, we are sorry to hear that you had not been contacted back regarding your quote.

MOT at Protyre Autocare - Halesowen in February 2026. Dropped off the vehicle at 8:30am. Reassuring customer service. Ready to collect at 11:30am. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Overall - Excellent.
