Thank you Chemix Autocentre!
I honestly can’t thank the team at Chemix Autocentre Halesowen enough.
I had a damaged tyre on a Saturday morning and was genuinely stuck. I popped in hoping they might be able to help, but there was only one person working. Despite being on their own and clearly having plenty to deal with, they still took the time to help me out and get my tyre sorted.
The whole experience was fantastic. Friendly, professional and, most importantly, genuinely willing to help when I was in a difficult situation.
That kind of service is becoming increasingly rare. When you’re stuck with a damaged tyre and don’t know what you’re going to do, having someone simply step up and help makes a massive difference.
Chemix Halesowen absolutely deserve recognition for this. I’ll definitely be using them again and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone.
Thank you for getting me safely back on the road. Brilliant service from start to finish! 👏👏

Rather than fleecing me this garage explained and saved me money,
How many garages can you say do that?
