Told conflicting information. Vehicle connected up for AC re-gas for over an hour and not sure if it even completed the re-gas and vacuum checks. When I went outside I was told it was not getting cold and to try and run it for a while and if still a problem to return to have it de-gassed and talk of refund. But after running the car and no change I called and was told they had Done their bit and to take it to main dealer with no further talk of de-gas or refund.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There was quick response to our problems and resolved the issues professionally.

Fitted me in on Saturday for urgent tyre replacement. Good price and friendly service. Would recommend.

I use this place for replacement tyres and servicing/MOTs for all my cars. The price is always competitive, the work is thorough and it’s easy to book a slot online. While you’re there the staff are friendly and helpful , there’s a decent waiting room with sofas and coffee while you wait.

Protyre was recommended to me when I needed to have my rear brake pads replaced. My call was answered very quickly and politely, and I was given an appointment for the same day.👍🏾 How impressive is that ?👌🏾
I was pleased with how quickly the brake pads were replaced at a reasonable price, and I was on my way.
From my observations, the father and daughter team at Protyre have got it nailed. There was a mutual respect in the way they communicated which I found beautiful.

Great customer service. The people at Protyre give a really good personal service. They call quickly, listen to any instructions. Much better than dealing with a corporate service where you just get what they offer - Protyre listen to your needs and investigate and suggest solutions. Great stuff.

Very good prices and easy booking on website. The fitting venue reception was friendly but very short staffed and the person on reception was rushed off his feet. Had to wait for fitting because of a backlog.

I arrived early 20 mins for a 5pm appointment to have a new tyre done, it was the bank holiday weekend and was told the were running well behind, but still managed to get my car done by 5.20.
