Great service. No pushines to sell you extra

These guys are first class. I needed a front tyre replaced on my wife's car. They said they were busy but they had a gap and fitted me in. Replaced both front and on checking rear tyres were splitting with age, so replaced. Cannot fault these guys, thoroughly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

I can only say these guys are excellent, quick to help. Went in, said they could help me straight away. Went in to change 2 front tyres but tradesman advised me rear tyres were cracking (aged) replaced those too. Thoroughly recommend Protyre.

Took my car in for two front tyres and one of the front locking wheel nuts had been rounded off by another garage, they managed to cold chisel through the nut without damaging the wheel or the stud, then fitted my new tyres, fantastic service.

Have been using Selecta Tyre for years and they are brilliant even went out of their way to help when I turned up with my car a day early by mistake.

Since Protyre took over the service is not quite what it was, e.g. no more free winter tyre storage (looses them about £320 a year 2 cars winter and summer swaps).

Website is cheaper than buying in store. If the website says contact store, via the webform, due to stock issues you don't automatically get the advertised discount and have to discuss in store. In this case I also missed out on the £100 Michelin discount as the receipt already showed a different discount so it wasn't honoured by Michelin.

Done on time with details of additional work that may be needed in the future

I had a long jurney ahead of me and desperately needed a new tyre, I called 10 local tyre shops and all turned me around saying the are fully booked but not these guys, they managed to squeeze me in and I had a new tyre within 1 hour at a reasonable price. Thank you

Two new tyres fitted quickly

An excellent service all round. I paid for the tyres online and booked an appointment. A member of staff contacted me within a few minutes to inform me that the tyres weren’t in stock, but I would be contacted as soon as they arrived. I was assured that the job would be done on the day that I had selected, though probably not at the time originally scheduled.
I would be contacted and informed when to bring the car over.
In the end, the time turned out to be within 20 minutes of the initial booking. I left the car to have the new tyres fitted and went for a walk and a latte. I returned about an hour or so later, and the car was almost ready - they’d had to replace one of the pressure sensors.
The staff are professional in their approach, and they are courteous and friendly. Everything was great.
