So far excellent service MOT’d within the hour, helpful and friendly staff, pricing reasonable.
Service coming up so will do another review once completed.

MOT Done. Had an excellent experience from start, booking an appointment to finish, handing over the keys. Everything was so smooth. Car collection on time, handover on time. No time waste, means a lot to me. Receptionist and MOT person, both interacted politely and answered all the questions.

Staff were very polite and helpful, I arrived 1hr early and they fit me in straight away, I was in and out. Brilliant.

Manager very helpful sorted my issues very promptly

Superb service. Had an issue with a new car where the aircon stopped working a few days after being re-gassed. Protyre refunded me which I wasn’t expecting. Very honest/trustworthy

Following a puncture, I had had a repair done, which I was not 100% comfortable with (not done by Protyre). The technician explained how it was done and that it should be good for the life of the tyre. He was not pushing me either way, but I decided to get the tyre replaced as I had a long European journey ahead of me. The work was done there and then at a great price. I try to always use ProTyre and this will not change

Simple booking process, with good follow up email and text explaining process.
Helpful staff on arrival and job completed in the time indicated.
All good from me :)

The team was polite and did a good job on my car, my only criticism is that it took a lot longer than they said it would which made me late for my next appointment

Wonderful service, very helpful & knowledgable staff Kaleb especially from the time he greeted me to when I left (and I know I will have spelt him name wrong sorry). I was worried after purchasing a new car as the start stop was not working. I booked in for a free battery check on a bank holiday Monday. Not only did they do the battery check but ran a diagnostic check for me as well. Gave me all information they could based on the report. I was able to get the garage I purchased the car from to replace the battery under the warranty. He also did a quote for me for tyres as I know they are not the best, where I will definitely be going back there to get them fitted when needed but advised me I have a couple of months still left on them.
