Although I did not meet any of your mechanics, he/they passed necessary information to Reception for further discussion/action required from me. So all work carried out to my satisfaction, thank you. My first time in using Protyre, which proved very useful, shall visit again, you have set a high standard, extremely pleased with end result.

Protyre are the best!
Protyre are the best!
They never oversell or mess you about. As a female driver I was apprehensive about going to this garage but the guys are always friendly and helpful. When my car needed a new clutch they advised me of costs and also explained the finance plan to split the costs down which was very helpful. They got my car in quickly and did a fantastic job. They have done my MOTs on mine and my partner's cars for a few years and have been excellent!

Usually mint.
Had a bad experience with them not balancing my wheel once. But bar that they've always been amazing.
They wont take the wheel off if your on a motorbike but taking a loose wheel in takes no time at all and they are brilliant

A satisfactory experience
I pre-ordered my tyres online to ensure that they were in stock and so had to pay upfront which I was not keen on. However, I arrived in time for my appointment and the car was worked on very soon after I arrived. There was a a comfortable waiting room and the duty manager was friendly. All in all, a satisfactory experience.

I’ve used this branch now for a number of years - always found the staff very attentive knowledgeable and professional. I’ve also seen this when they have dealt with other customers who sometimes are a little less technically minded always going above and beyond to ensure they have a positive experience of their visit to this branch

Good staff/but….
Good for my tyres but….. please ! please check Tyre pressures before handing bk to customers
Luckily I have a tyre inflator as I had to stop because my dash/tyre indicator said I had to on way home. Both tyres were NOT checked reading 24/22 as my tyres need 32-34
PLEASE CHECK IN FUTURE BEFORE HANDING BACK TO CUSTOMER!!!!
I could have been joining the motorway after my pick up of car. !!!!!!!!!!
Other than that very knowledgeable and I have used in the past keep up the valuable work everyone.
