Attitude of staff member

Attitude of staff member, needs retraining in how to deal and speak to customers.
If I hadn't prepaid for tyre I would have gone elsewhere.
Don't reply to emails either.

most helpful and informative very polite on phone and there was no waiting around other than having my tyres fitted kept to appointment time i have always used pro tyre when they were known as devon tyres
