Had to get my tyre changed today
(Marsh Barton area)
Had to get my tyre changed today. Had a puncture. We've got a load of miles to do this week. Just really delighted by the service that I got. Got me in on the same day. The chap that served me, I didn't catch his name. Exceptional exceptional service. Thank you very much and I'll be back. Thank you

(1) Knowledgeable - they identified the replacement tyre for a discontinued type, (2) Flexible - when I was delayed in traffic they were still able to carry out a fitting, (3) Efficient - the tyre replacement was completed professionally and swiftly. (4) Friendly - staff a pleasure to deal with. Happy customer!

Ordered tyre online - booked appointment within a few hours. Arrived and tyre ready to go on time and put straight onto my van while I had a quick stroll along the river. Great friendly service. Will definitely use again

Rode in to book tyre fitment with no notice. First tyre was not available but suitable options offered. Fitted and away within three hours. A little expensive but service made up for this. Thanks

I have been using Protyre at Marsh…
I have been using Protyre at Marsh Barton for years and once again they have provided top class customer service and are always willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issue that needs fixing. My bike went in for an MOT and failed due to leaking fork seals. They provided an estimate with a clear cost breakdown prior to undertaking any work, ordered the parts and changed the seals the next day and the final price came in cheaper than the estimate which was greatly appreciated. A big thank you to all the team. Highly recommended.
