Mot done by 1pm, no issues.

Booked online and work was done within an hour

No indication of how long job would take left sat in reception waiting for completion. Had to return as there was an issue which resulted in vehicle needing to be recovered by breakdown service. Rectification work was carried out without question and satisfied with completed job although again no indication of time was given. A voucher for free mot was given as recompense

The staff member at the front of the shop was abrupt and unprofessional, and his manner suggested that my presence was an inconvenience. After waiting for my vehicle, I was informed that I was required to pay for a repair that had neither been discussed with me nor authorised in advance. When I asked for an explanation of the charges, he became defensive and threatened to undo the work, despite the fact that my visit was for a free check-up. This conduct was inappropriate and unacceptable.

I use these guys every year for my service and mot. This year i had a engine light come on. They did everything they could and more. They gave me the code that came up so i can source the right person for the job as they dont deal with the part that was showing. Even gave me a place to go to and offered to plug my car back in once its done to make sure its cleared 🙌

I recently used protyre for my mot. My car failed on two points but the guys could not have been more helpful! They gave great, honest advice that helped me save money on the necessary repairs and even fitted new parts for me for free. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I won't go to anyone else!

I booked a tyre appointment via the website and paid online. When arriving at the site on Woodside Road, there was no sign of my booking. The staff dealt with the head office and managed to find the payment details and created a job for the branch. Went out of their way to fit me in during a very busy day. Top job, no rim damage and clean and tidy.
Highly recommended.
