Honest reliable workshop.
The staff are very friendly and professional. The work i had completed well. So all good. A little disappointed that having booked Thursday at 8.30 the previous Saturday at approx 10 i was only called at 5 pm on Thursday to say my car was ready ? I realise a part was needed that had to be ordered but assumed it would have been ordered and delivered prior to Thursday ? I imagine having booked in for 8.30 i would have been the first customer that day ? I was hoping to work on the car late morning so that never got done. Anyway all the staff are i appreciate under some presure time wise as long as they do a good job im happy at the end of the day so well done to all. The manager deserves a pat on the back he looked after the missing windscreen wiper arms that didnt have blades on them so my windscreen if the wipers were accidentally activated didn't mark the screen. Plus i have an irritating sound coming from the dash under bonnet that they correctly diadnosed. All in all very well done many thanks.

Great service from kiplings
As always Alan and Bert helpful considerate and explain technical faults on the car. They both have extreme patience with some customers. They are often late leaving finishing a job/paperwork. The mechanics are great and look after our cars extremely well.

Friendly, courteous and professional!
Booking on-line was easy and quick. Charges for service and MOT were agreeable. Late into service a major fault was discovered; I as contacted immediately and the repair was made the same day. I was quoted a price for the repair which was not cheap (what is!) but was reduced when I came to pay.

Fantastic Service.
I booked and paid for a tyre for the next day as I had a flat, and the guys assured me it would be done in time for me to get to work the next day at 11am.
It was, the price was extremely fair and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be using the garage again for future MOTs and tyres, would 100% recommend. Thank you!
