Very happy with excellent service

Having spoken with the guys the day before, stating that I needed a very quick turn around. That's exactly what they did. I was able to get to my next destination virtually on time. Great work Protyre team....

Friendly reception and servicing finished around time stated.Only regret is that the repair of the windscreen motor was not possible, but you did try to source another motor which your supplier was unable to acquire.

Annual service and MOT. Good service with no hassle. Good communication. Second year here and will return as needed.

The tyre ordering process went smoothly however when I came in to have them fitted I was told they hadn't arrived, a wasted journey! Went back a couple of days later to have the Tyres fitted, had to wait 1.5 hours, I went to see what was going on in the workshop only to find an apprentice attempting to jack up the car incorrectly and he had put my Locking wheel nut on the bonnet of my BMWZ4 fortunately there were no scratches, will never go there again

3rd year in a row I have used Protyre for my MOT. Service is always good, car is ready when they say and so far no work needed on my car.

Helpful thorough and reasonably speedy service for a slow puncture repair.

Took my car in for an MOT and couldn’t fault the service at all. John or David on reception was incredibly polite, helpful, and hardworking — he didn’t stop answering the phone and still made time to help everyone. Service was absolutely first class. Would 100% recommend and will be back again.

I was away at the beginning of the month and forgot that my MOT was due on the 28th. I knew that I needed to get my brake pads replaced, and despite being very last minute, John managed to find a slot for me and all was done on time

You fitted in an early slot and all the people from reception to the work area were committed

John the manager gave a courtesy reminder call an hour prior to my appointment, nice touch. Arrived earlier and got seen to straight away. Excellent and clean reception area . Job done efficiently and on time.John explained in detail all work carried out and future advisory work. He also checked my battery and and fluid levels with no extra charge. Truly a genuine guy and was not trying to fool you with extra work. Very sharp service
