Great place for tyres
Second time coming here, Great service from start to finish. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and got my tyres sorted quickly at a fair price. Booking process issues
Rang to book tracking/front wheel alignment, but told don’t take bookings, just turn up. Did that twice, too busy. Went at opening time to be told 2 bookings in front of me!!
Anyway, job was done, thoroughly, with a very detailed report on tyres/brakes etc.

I have used Gates Protyre Carlisle…
I have used Gates Protyre Carlisle twice this year. The first time to replace my front tyres. The second time was for an aircon recharge, and a brake fluid change. I cannot fault the service I received on both occasions. A quick, efficient & courteous service!

Booked air con refill online for…
Booked air con refill online for Carlisle Kingstown Branch. Arrived at allotted slot, car taken straight away to have the gas replaced.
Sorted and refund in just over 30+ minutes. Staff very friendly and air con 100% colder than it was.

Poor Time keeping
Made booking for a MoT turned up on time and told it would take 1 hour.
Returning after 1 hour, the car had just started the MoT and we waited another hour before it was ready
If we have to make appointments then please stick to the times agreed
