Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. I needed tyres and 4 wheel alignment. They couldn’t beat a price I had on tyres but were very accommodating to do the 4 wheel alignment straight after the tyres were fitted as that place were not able to offer the service. When speaking on the phone they walked me through the possible costs and said any difference would be spoken about on the day before doing the work. On the day, I turned up and was warmly welcomed by the chap in the office who took my keys from me. When the car was being worked on he explained the process and numbers they were seeing on screen. I felt very informed and came away with a better tracking car and knowledge of what it all means. They also gave me details of where to get an alloy repair done as that was needed too. All round great guys, great service and a great price too. Couldn’t be happier!

The job - two new front tyres - was handled quickly (ordering in) - and fitted quickly at the appointed day and time.

Outstanding Service
First time I used Pro Tyre I found them to be pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. My car Tyre was replaced quickly and as they worked on it I was treated to a lovely Latte that a Starbucks would have been proud to serve. Pro Tyre is my choice to meet all of our upcoming Tyre and wheel related needs!! Thank you to Jason and his efficient team.

This is the second time I’ve used Protyre Cardiff Brindley Road. Both Lee and Liam are super efficient and will go the extra mile as I was on a short time frame. If it can be done, it will and more importantly done right, which doesn’t happen often these days!! Just trust these guys they know what they’re doing. Plus don’t think a fiver here a fiver there will benefit it most likely won’t!! Just go here 👍
