What could have been a very bad experience, saved.
I had a very flat tyre very close to the Protyre premises. The member of staff I spoke to was friendly and efficient and extremely helpful. He went over and above the call of duty, keeping my car overnight until they could fit two new tyres, and calling a taxi for me to the bus station. He kept me informed, and also kept some of my cards overnight that I had dropped in the taxi. I would certainly use Protyre again.

The waiting room, with its complimentary coffee, is so much better than the dentist's, and you see the car being worked on through the windows to the workshop.

Protyre Canterbury Broad Oak
Protyre have taken over this garage so I’ve never used them before. I was very impressed with the service I received from Luke. Turned out I had a bald tyre and a slow flat tyre 😀. He sorted it out that morning I’ll return this week to have my rear tyres replaced. I felt reassured by Luke’s advice and confident manner.

The engineer I dealt with was very good…
The engineer I dealt with was very good and explained everything about the aircon system regen, as well as just being friendly the whole time. The addtional checks on brakes and tyres I was not expecting and was a pleasant suprise.
