Booked for wheel alignment. Get a two pages with before measurements and current. Both pages is similar. Looks like they didn’t done nothing at all.

Nice and simple! Great service!

Needed an MOT to be done quickly & to fit it around my working day. The online booking/payment system made the whole process very simple. Turned up and my car was attended to immediately with work completed slightly ahead of scheduled time. This meant I was back on the road and on with my day again. This is the level of service we expect but rarely always get Well done Protyre for a smooth professional service. Definitely recommend and return

First class service my MOT was done whilst I waited. Offered advice on my cars needs (the advisories) for the future and said if I come back they will check it for me. Very happy. The guy on reception was very helpful and pleasant.

Very quick and informative

Took car in for MOT. Car failed and was given a quote of over £1000 to fix. Decided to retest at another garage, car failed again but for different reasons. Much more reasonable quote to get car fixed and on the road for fraction of the original quote.

Very friendly guys but, my appointment was for 13:00, I arrived before that time but the garage was massively understaffed which let to me waiting for hours with the tyres change only completed at 15:45.
They also did not have the right fittings to their wheel balancer to balance my tyres so I am now driving with 4 brand new, unbalanced tyres. When I asked if I get any discount as the full service had not been delivered I was told in no uncertain terms that they can’t as I had placed my order online. (This is with the area manager manning the reception desk)
I was given the name of another tyre dealership that could have the right fittings and balance my tyres but that would be at my own cost.

Quality service

The staff were helpful in obtaining the tyres I wanted at a very good price. Also the tyres were fitted quickly whilst I waited.

Ordered 4 tyres online and booked a next-day time slot.
Slight hiccup when I couldn't find my wheel nut key but Ryan at the Cambridge ProTyre was very considerate and Job done without any hassles. All the staff were excellent too.

Friendly, welcoming, accommodating and prompt service from Jeremy and the whole team at Protyre Cambridge. They went out of their way to fit me in and kept me well informed about progress on my car. Great value for money too, would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service. Super helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist me at late notice when I had a flat tyre even though they were extremely busy. Highly recommend.
