Professional, friendly and actually had 4 tyres in stock, I turned up( mistakenly) - hour early and all sorted before I was supposed to arrive, great service. Will most definitely use going forward.

Visited the Buxton branch without an…
Visited the Buxton branch without an appointment when a shock absorber mount failed. The technician quickly diagnosed the fault, ordered the spares, fitted them and had me on my way again in a few hours. Quite exceptional service and all nice guys too.

One step forward two steps back
Came in for puncture repair on one tyre was told I needed new valves on the other tyres which I was reluctant to do but talk into. Afterwards I was told my tyre sensors which were working perfectly fine before were no longer working but I could pay a lot of money to fix what they clearly managed to break while installing new valves.

I had returned to my car to find a…
I had returned to my car to find a screw inbeded in my tyre. I spoke to a kind gentleman at Protyre who told me to come up straight away. On arrival I was treated with respect offered a coffee whilst they looked at the tyre. I was kept fully informed. Problem solved. Very grateful! Highly recommend 😁Thank you.

Excellent Service
I took my car in to have a rear tyre checked while away from home, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were polite, courteous, and reassuring throughout the process. In under an hour, I left with two new tyres, tracking alignment completed, and the peace of mind of a full vehicle safety check. Highly recommend!
