Brilliant service
I Visited bury tyres in Bury St Edmunds today and there was a very polite helpful chap called Adam. He sorted my car out with an air conditioning re gas and repaired my car with no issues at all I can not recommend bury tyres enough and now will let my freinds and family know about them. Booked an appointment time online in…
Booked an appointment time online in advance for 4 new tyres. Apparently their system does not take correct account of online bookings, so if there are walk-in customers hey are given preference. I waited quite some time over my appointment and had to enquire as to when my tyres were actually going to get fitted. This is how I found the above out from reception. It took 30mins over and above to move my car off the forecourt. Will not be doing this again!

Do not book online and be prepared for a significant wait!
Arrived to have new tyres fitted after having booked an appointment online in advance only to be kept waiting for some time. Upon enquiring I was told there would be a significant delay. It would have been courteous for a member of staff to tell me this rather than leave me hanging around. Apparently the online and direct bookings do not recognise each other so I was at the back of the queue. Will not be doing this again! ☹️😡
