I got to the garage 0.5h early but they started on my vehicle straight away, great customer service.

Very easy booking process. Puncture was repaired by very professional and friendly staff.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tyres replaced and all checks complete in under 30 minutes. Very simple online ordering and booking process.

That’s why I went absolutely disappointed even they didn’t bother fixed tracking.30 seconds guy said we can’t do it. I didn’t know business has been changed I wouldn’t go I hope they

Motorcycle technician did a good job fitting two tyres. Very helpful.

I took my car into the north wales Buckley garage due to steering wheel vibrations at 65 mph. I was told the wheels needed alignment. The work was carried out, and the following day I noticed the steering wheel was not on striate and the vibrations were worse. I took the car back to be told the wheels also needed balancing. It’s a shame the car was returned to me with the work not carried out correctly, and a waste of my time having to return. No apologise given by the manager who happened to be on site at the time and called out the issue.

Fast fitting service and pleasant staff as always.

Extremely helpful. Tyre fitter took great care not to damage my alloys. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend them.

My booking was for 9.30am as per my email, got told I arrived early as my appointment was 9.45am. It appeared the times had been changed but no communication and I was spoken too very rudely.

No warm welcome when arriving at the garage, I felt I shouldn't have been there.

Also very concerning I get told my brakes need replacing but my car was in a few weeks prior and being checked forvtyres and breaks but again no communication. When I mentioned this a new member of staff appeared who said my brakes were fine, no consistency at all in information being provided.

Ive been a customer of what was buckley tyres before protyre for years but I will not be revisiting as the service has definitely changed and your custom is not appreciated.

I think the whole idea of needing an appointment is ridiculous as you cant just turn up with a puncture you have to wait 24 hours before your tyre can be fixed.

Friendly reception and staff. Booking was straightforward. Choice of new tyres within my budget.

I have recommended Buckley tyres to friends and family. Not anymore.
I went in today as I had a puncture, when I went to the reception I was told that it is appointment only. When the receptionist checked for the next available slot it was in two and a half hours time. I said that the tyre goes down quickly, and would not stay inflated for that length of time, only to be told that was the next available slot. I said that I will have to take it somewhere else.
I went to Saltney tyres who were very polite and friendly, similar to the service you received at the original Buckley tyres.
I will be using Saltney tyres from now on.
