Had my air con regassed. Done in half the estimated time.

Managed to book my MOT twice online on 2 consecutive days. Had no idea I'd done this until Dave rang me on the morning of the 2nd one and asked if I really wanted a second MOT doing and if not he'd action a refund. They could have said nothing and treated it as a no-show - thank you Dave, your kindness was both noteworthy and appreciated.

I'd arranged to have a tyre fitted at 11.00 , I arrived 20 minutes early, I was asked if I wanted to wait, my tyre was fitted and i was on my way before my appointment time. Great service

The staff members was all very friendly helpful and very quick in dealing with my situation of needing a new car battery as the seven year old car had it’s original battery from new which was well over due for replacing.
So all in all trusted company

Everything was good, on time, quickly and professional.

Arrived in Bristol from Buckinghamshire to try and start my daughter's car which I was only able to do with a jumpstart device. Took it to Protyre and the staff quickly identified it as the battery only and not an alternator issue. Although they didn't have a replacement battery in stock, to avoid leaving the car with them overnight they quickly arranged to get one and installed it that same afternoon together with a replacement auxiliary belt ensuring I could return the car to my daughter for her work and I could return to Buckinghamshire in the knowledge that all was now well. A very pleasant and helpful front counter staff gentleman (sorry I can't recall his name) despite him clearly being extremely busy. Thank you.

I had an appointment for 12.30, but the work started only at 1pm. After the service, the mechanic said there is a problem with the compressor or the condensor, unable to specify which one exactly is not working.

I’ve had both my cars MOT’s carried out the team at Protyre church Road and the service was absolutely outstanding. Also had two tyres and 4 TPMS fitted and would recommend the team to anyone.

It was quite a wonderful experience, being in the reception as a customer I felt valued and cared for. Their communication is clear and concise leaving no vacuum for misunderstanding and confusion. I really liked their honesty and sincerity as they talked me through what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done. These people are not like others who only care for their benefits and how to make money, but Protyre’s staff actually treats customers so humanely and professionally. I am happy finding these individuals and hopefully be their forever client. I wish them nothing but good luck for their awesome work, open and honest attitudes.
